Naím, the former Editor-in-Chief of Foreign Policy and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace scholar will offer highlights from his new book and discuss how emerging trends, conditions, technologies and behaviors are collectively contributing to the concentration of power by autocrats undermining democratic life across the Americas and around the world in new and frightening ways.
